Founding partner of LTM, with over 20 years of experience in the incentive and loyalty market, he began his career at Brahma and also worked for Itaú Group and Accor Group. He is LTM Group’s CEO, leading investment initiatives and new business development. Moreira has a graduate degree in Marketing from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas), with specializations from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Stanford University in California, USA.
Managing partner of LTM Group, he has 22 years of experience in CRM, having worked as DBM Manager for Latin America at IBM, BI VP for Grátis1, President of Rapp Data and CRM Director at Alquimia Serviços de Marketing. Quaglia is also a professor of Database Management and CRM at ESPM (Superior School of Advertising and Marketing), for the Marketing Engineering course at FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração) and for the Fashion Marketing course at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design).
Director of New Businesses and Products of LTM Group, Raphael has extensive experience in the financial services market, especially electronic payments. He has worked in executive positions in large companies such as Citibank, Redecard, GE Capital and GetNet. He has a degree in Business Administration from FAAP (Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado), a graduate degree in Marketing Services from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas) and MBA with specialization in retail from FIA/USP (Fundação Instituto de Administração).
He began his career as an entrepreneur at the age of 19 and participated in the conception and management of over 10 companies in Marketing, Loyalty and IT sectors. Barros is a partner, co-founder and CSO of LTM Group, responsible for the strategy, innovation and new business areas. Barros is also a member of the board of some companies in the technology and communications sectors. He studied Computer Science at the University of Brasília and took specialization courses at the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Spain as well as in Australia.
With over 20 years of experience in the commercial area and business development, Abdala consolidated his career at the Accor Group, where he was responsible for implementing and expanding new products on a national scale. Later, he was responsible for the incentive and loyalty division. He is a partner and co-founder of LTM Group, where he develops marketing strategies for new products and manages the WebPremios platform.
Alessandra has a degree in Statistics from Unicamp (University of Campinas). Her 16-year career began in financial companies and institutions such as Banco ibi, C&A, Blockbuster and Rapp Collins. Her experience includes defining CRM strategies, DBM, Market Intelligence, BI and managing Direct Marketing, Relationship and Incentive Programs, as well as Digital Marketing with application of statistical techniques. At LTM Group, she is responsible for process automation, implementation of BI tool, reconciliation of financial data and information quality.
Garcia is managing partner of the travels and incentive unit at Grupo LTM and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial and operational area, as well as in incentive and event logistics. Having a degree in Tourism and Events and deep knowledge of the market, Garcia created and participated in major projects in the automotive, banking and pharmaceutical areas. He was director of the Barceló hotel chain and launched in Brazil destinations such as Aspen and Vail Ski Resorts and some Caribbean Islands such as Punta Cana and San Andrés.
He began his career in companies within the publishing and communication industry, working in the commercial and product/business development areas. Netter has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years, he is a partner and co-founder of LTM Group. As CFO, he is responsible for the financial, HR and administrative areas. He studied Economics and is a board member of companies within the communication industry. He is also certified by IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance).
LTM Group's COO, Johnny has extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, having worked for 14 years at Nestlé as Executive Director of Business and Strategy and for 3 years as Commercial and Strategy VP at Schincariol. He also developed relevant projects targeted at consumers of the new Brazilian middle class. Johnny has a degree in mechanical engineering from USP (University of São Paulo), with specialization in Business Management at IMD (International Institute for Management Development).
With over 14 years of experience in developing IT solutions for marketing, Morimar was IT Coordinator at Rapp Data and IT Manager at Alquimia Serviços de Marketing. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA in IT Management from FIAP (Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista) and he was also professor of programming language at ETESP (Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo) and Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz.
